Applicability & Purpose

Kapardara is committed to protecting the privacy of Personal Information of third parties/ Partners which the Company may collect and/or come into possession of in the course of its ordinary course of business. Personal Information is any information that identifies or is capable of identifying an individual. The purpose of this Policy is to describe how the Company collects, protects, and uses such Personal Information.

Information Collected By Kapardara

Kapardara and its authorized third Parties/Partners may collect, receive, hold, process and/or use Personal Information, and/or Personal Sensitive Information of third parties who transact with or otherwise interact with the Kapardara. Personal Information collected by the Kapardara from third parties may include the following:

  • Kapardara may collect Personal Information from individuals who enter any of the Kapardara’s competitions or promotions. Any request for information will be made at the time of entry to such competitions or promotions.
  • Kapardara may, from time to time, request feedback from customers about the products/services provided by the Kapardara, seek details about other products/services that a customer may be interested in, and further collect information about a customer’s lifestyle (which may include Personal Information).
  • Kapardara may monitor and/or record its communications with anyone communicating with the Kapardara. Any such information monitored and/or recorded will be used for training, quality assurance, and record-keeping purposes.
  • Kapardara may ask its potential employees for Personal Information including Personal Sensitive Information to enable it to provide a service to its employees in connection with their potential employment. This Personal Information can include (but is not limited to) their name, address, telephone number/s, email address/es, birth dates, and bank details. The information may be collected via telephone, written correspondence or through a website.
  • Kapardara may collect, receive, store, process and transmit Personal Information including Personal Sensitive Information from potential employees, including (but not limited to) detailed information about them and their family members. This Personal Information can include (but is not limited to) immigration details, pay data, job history, compensation history, system and application access data, and information necessary to perform background checks.

    We may obtain your consent for sharing your personal information in several ways, such as in writing, online, through “click-through” agreements; orally, including through interactive voice response; or when your consent is part of the terms and conditions pursuant to which we provide you service.

    Notwithstanding the aforesaid, Kapardara will only use Personal Information collected solely for business purposes and/or to meet any of its legal and regulatory obligations.


Personal Sensitive Information is a subset of Personal Information and includes forms of Personal Information. Under the India Information Technology Act of 2011, Personal Sensitive Information is defined to include information such as, but not limited to, an individual’s password, bank account details, credit and debit card numbers, sexual orientation, medical history, racial or ethnic origin, and/or criminal record.

Use of Personal Information

In many cases, you choose the amount of information you supply (e.g., you may choose to include only an e-mail address – not a telephone number or mailing address – for replies). There may be instances where some of the information that we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. In such cases, if you do not provide mandatory Personal Information with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity and/or Kapardara may refuse to transact business with you.

The information we obtain from you is generally necessary for us to provide services to you and design new services for your future use. For example, we need to know your name, address and the products/services you use or buy.

We may also use information in our records to protect our customers, employees or property for instance, to investigate fraud, harassment or other types of unlawful service activities involving Kapardara or other carriers that we do business with. In some cases, it may be necessary to provide this information to the government or third parties who make a lawful demand for it.

Our security practices and procedures limit access to personal information on a need-only basis. However, require these third parties to act in accordance with Kapardara’s instructions with regard to the handling of Personal Information that is shared with them.

Kapardara may also share Personal Information with government agencies or other companies that assist Kapardara in fraud prevention or investigations when required or permitted by law; when protecting Kapardara against or preventing actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or when investigating fraud which has already occurred. Kapardara does not provide Personal Information to such agencies or companies for marketing purposes.

Commitment to Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of Personal Information, Kapardara has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Personal Information which is collected. Kapardara cannot however guarantee and has no control over the public or third party networks, avenues or processes through which Kapardara may receive Personal Information.
